Muckross Park Gym Club (founded 1974) is an Artistic Gymnastics Club for girls between the ages of 5 and 18. There is an Adult (Male & Female Class once a week) All gymnasts are coached on Floor, Beam, Bars, Vault, Tumble Track and Trampette. There is no entry requirement but gymnasts showing extra talent are selected for more intensive training. Muckross Park Gym Club is affiliated to the Irish Gymnastics Association. Classes take place in St. Kilians German School, Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh & Queen of Angles School, Sandyford.

Muckross Intermediate In House Competition that was held in St Killians on Sat 14th Nov 2009. Team 1st Avalee Coyle and Aisling McCann, 2nd - Hannah McErlean, Leonie Bergin and Lara Restan and in 3rd place were Issie Conway, Louise McCollum and Leah Murphy. Our All round Champion was Aisling McCann, 2nd place Avalee Coyle and 3rd Hannah McErlean. We all had a very enjoyable day. We want to say a big thank you to the girls from the other competition groups who came to support on the day, and of course the parents!
We also want to say congratulations to all our girls who passed badges this term. An especially big congratulations to Aisling McCann, Avalee Coyle, Louise McCollum and Aisling Crowe who received their Intermediate badges and aslo to Daragh Matthews who received her Advanced Badges. Well done girls!

Congratulations to the Irish Girls Team who competed at the European
Youth Olympic Festival in Lignano, Italy - especially our own Zoe Johnston. They beat teams from Macedonia, Latvia, Bulgaria, and Georgia.
