Vault -
Handspring, two feet take off to back lying, 45 cm. A safety mat 12" above
Floor:
- With a soft bend
of the knees and with a soft gesture take right arm sideways and upwards to
the Vertical. Repeat with the left. Lower both arms moving through a sideways
and downwards direction, lifting forwards and upwards to shoulder height in
a parallel position. At the same time, bend the knees lifting the heels to
a crouch position. Head forwards.
Forward roll to Straddle leaver hold (2 sec)
Lower to straddle sit Chest to Floor.
Sit up, widen straddle to crawl thro' and stop in Box Splits with chest on
the floor (2 sec). Continue to front lie
Roll over Push to bridge.
Lower, back roll to stand.
Pose, coupe x 2
Handstand F.roll with straight arms to Jump ½ turn.
Cartwheel (front to back)
Step sideways onto right foot on toes, close felt foot to right
Step sideways onto right foot on toes, point felt foot forwards, with a slight
knee bend of right leg, arms moving from sideways on side steps to right arm
forwards, felt arm sideways.

- With a soft bend
of the knees, cross arms softly in a low frontal position and swing them sideways
and upwards to high diagonals to rise onto toes. Lower heels and arms. Lift
right leg and both arem high.
- Handstand forward
roll (straight arms) through straddle stand and continue to jump (press for
bonus) to Handstand F.roll to straddle stand, turn to Splits. Turn back to
sit
- Front lie, 1/2 turn
to lie to Bridge. BWO to stand.
- Jump full turn.
- Pose, coupe Repeat.
- Join legs Back roll
to Handstand.
- Cat leap full turn
to immediate Dive Cartwheel
Step forward on right leg, point left foot behing, and with arms at high diagonals,
pose for Finish

- From standing, arms
crossed in front of chest. With soft knee bend, arms lift to sides and to
high upward position - lift leg and step into:
Handstand return to stand, feet together, arms circle backwards and forwards
to
Forward roll to straddle sit,
180 degree shoulder roll, hands holding legs during roll, on finish arms sideways,
back straight.
Lift arms overhead, lie back to lie,
½ turn to elbow support, hold
Lift left leg behind at hip level, hold, bring leg into floor, ¼ turn
to left side on bent left knee, lifting chest, right leg swivels round to
side.
Side roll to L, Side Roll to R, ¼ turn on back knee and face forwards.
Stand up,
Chasse step R then L, - arms cross in front of chest and move to sideways
position on chasse steps. Step close feet together,
Jump ½ turn,
F.roll to long lie, sit up touch toes, lie back
Shoulder stand, supported by hand under hips, roll down to step out onto one
foot,
Join feet Jump full turn,
Back roll to stand.
Finish.
